When do you ship your products?
1 year old fruit trees ship in the fall, around November. Custom bench grafted fruit trees ship in the spring, around April.
What are your shipping costs?
We use Fedex, UPS and USPS as our shipping providers. Our shopping cart connects through an API to each of these shipping companies, sending details about the items in your shopping cart, weight and size, receiving up to the date precise shipping costs. We do this because it offers customers cheaper shipping costs versus a set price. If our calculations are off and the shipping costs are higher than we estimate on our checkout page, we pay the difference, you will not be charged extra. As an example, scionwood shipping will be priced from $3 to $7 and fruit tree shipping will be priced from $12 to $30. This is just an estimate and prices will vary depending on the items you purchase and when those items will be shipped.
How many packages will I receive?
Our shopping cart automatically places your items into the proper shipping containers, so they can be shipped at the proper time. As an example, if you order fall shipped trees and spring shipped scionwood, your order is split into two packages and you must select two separate shipping prices on our checkout page. You might be tempted to place two separate orders but we would advise against this. Our discount system will award you the best price by purchasing all of your items in one order, which will make up for the double shipping costs. Looking at our shopping cart, you can clearly see when each item will ship and how many packages it will be shipped in.
How much will we have to pay?
We have no hidden fees, all prices are displayed as is when you add a product to our shopping cart. If there are any shipping or handling charges, they will be displayed in the checkout process and you will not be charged until all fees are confirmed. If there are any payment processing fees, they will be displayed at the time of checkout by being reflected in your final total.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We do not issue refunds for products we have already shipped. If a product is unavailable, we will issue a refund for that product, minus any fees we incur. If we cannot deliver a product, we will issue a refund for that product, minus any fees we incur. Customers do not need to do anything on their end, we will handle these types of refunds. We can issue a refund if a customer cancels their order before their product is required to ship. Any fees we incur during the refund process will not be refunded back to the customer. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, please contact us and give us the invoice ID that was automatically emailed at checkout. Customers may cancel their order any time after checkout up until the time when the order is about to ship. Refunds can be instant online transfers or may take up to 3-6 business days to process depending on how the customer wishes the refund to be received. We can issue refunds in the form of online transfers or paper checks mailed to the customer's home address. We do not issue refunds for any products returned to us, so please, do not return any products to us.
How is my privacy treated when I shop with you?
We do not hold any identifiable information about you in the clear text format. We keep your email, name, address and phone number in our secured database that is encrypted in such a way that no one, not even us, can access it without your consent.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Braintree to accept Paypal payments. We also use Stripe to accept Credit Cards and Bank Account Transfers. We also accept Checks or Money Orders and prefer this over other payment methods.
